Air Fryer Honey Mustard Salmon

Air Fryer Honey Mustard Salmon

Salmon is quickly becoming one of my favorite quick go to dinners. This one is sweet, tangy, delicious, healthy and done in about 8 minutes.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1

Combine the sauce ingredients. Marinate the salmon in two-thirds (2/3) of the sauce for 30 minutes or toss the salmon fillets in the sauce until fully covered. Reserve the remaining sauce to drizzle over cooked salmon before serving.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F brush the remaining marinade onto the salmon and place the fillets in the air fryer.

Air fry for 7-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.

Dish and serve hot drizzled with the remaining sauce.

Note

I found this along with a few other salmon recipes at The Cooking Jar and I've loved them all. She also has a lot of recipes for the air fryer, too, especially veggies. She suggests adding red pepper flakes to this recipe if you like to add heat and notes that this recipe assumes you have an air fryer with a preheat option. If you do not, run your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F to preheat it evenly before adding in the salmon and following the recommended recipe time.
