Air Fryer Cheesy Stuffed Bell Peppers
I love this low carb, high protein take on stuffed bell peppers. It's full of flavor and the air fryer makes it a perfect quick lunch or healthy side for a busy weeknight dinner.

Wash and slice bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and membrane.

Combine cottage cheese, spinach, seasoning, and cheese and fill both both sides of the pepper with the mixture.

Air fry at 390 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until the pepper has softened and the cheese is browned and bubbly.
